Good news! PRC has approved this CRES for the Real Estate Broker's Exam!

Urban Institute is opening another class just in time for the Real Estate Broker's Exam on March 18, 2012. If approved the schedule will be the following:

Every Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

January 19 (Thursday), 23 (Monday), 25 (Wednesday), 26 (Thursday), 30 (Monday).

February 1 (Wednesday), 2 (Thursday), 6 (Monday), 8 (Wednesday), 9 (Thursday), 13 (Monday), 15 (Wednesday)

Only 110 participants will be accommodated. First come first served basis via phone confirmation.

Additional Saturday Morning Section for Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar for Broker's Licensure Exam on March 18, 2012

Urban Institute will include an ADDITIONAL Saturday Morning Section to accommodate all those who are interested to take the Real Estate Broker's Licensure Exam on March 18, 2012. The seminar will be every Saturday from 8:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. on the following dates: November 5, 12, 19, 26; December 3, 10; January 7, 14, 21, 28; and February 4 and 11. As usual the seminar will be held at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Conference Center, Legaspi Village, Makati City. The fee will be PhP 10,000.00 inclusive of handouts, certificate and coffee. Please be advised that there will be NO snacks or lunch will be served but ample break time will be given to enable participants to have their snack / lunch at the nearby establishments.
